The Foundation is before all a contact organization for individuals and groups who wants to learn to enhance and encourage interpersonal communication excellence in themselves and others. The foundation supports projects and research groups working in this domain. The foundation can collaborate with groups to create new projects insofar as they are working within the foundation's basic guidelines. The foundation receives funds, donations and legacies to support training, research and projects.

The Hi Foundation is international and has his headquarters in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
